Come to the Friends Room (overlooking the pool and Lefrak off the cage balcony) and try this high energy, music-driven class that combines the best of spinning and strength in a fast-paced efficient class that builds cardiovascular and muscle endurance. Participants will alternate song by song on the spin bikes (10 bikes) and exercise mats (10 mats) so wear appropriate sneakers. This class is for ALL levels of riders and anyone looking for an efficient beat-driven cardio-strength mash-up.
